Tuesday: Lockout/Tagout Verification

A successful Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedure protects lives. It’s not enough to just throw a switch and apply a padlock. You must actively verify that the equipment has reached a zero energy state by attempting to start it and testing for residual voltage. Never skip the verification step.
